We keep sign-in details, task and credit records, uploaded inputs and generated files to deliver the service. For dance videos, your browser prepares your photo and a face close-up; both are sent to our generation provider to make your video. They follow the same input deletion schedule. Card details are handled by the selected payment provider.
Cookies and measurement
First-party measurement records a random browser identifier, first source and service events. Optional analytics need consent and exclude private forms. Temporary creation drafts expire after 30 minutes.
Retention and requests
Inputs are scheduled for removal after 7 days unless a task is unresolved. Results are scheduled for removal after 30 days. Contact support for account or data requests. Financial records may remain for reconciliation.
